When Algy woke up the next morning, he found that something most unfortunate had happened to the weather. Algy was not impressed; he felt cold and wet all over. But he was puzzled, and maybe just a wee bit disgruntled. When photos of snowy scenes were posted by his friends on Tumblr, the snow looked crisp and white and sparkling, the sun was shining, and the sky was blue. Somehow it didn’t seem to work quite like that in the West Highlands…

However, there was really very little he could do about it, so he decided to cheer himself up by singing Pooh’s Outdoor Song which Has To Be Sung In The Snow. Algy suggests that if your toes are cold and wet too, you could try singing along to see whether it helps…

          The more it
          The more it
          The more it
          And nobody
          How cold my
          How cold my

[Algy is of course quoting the famous song from Chapter 1, In Which A House Is Built At Pooh Corner For Eeyore, from the book The House At Pooh Corner by A. A. Milne.]
